Hello Everyone!
Can you believe it, less than 24 hours until we kick off the first ever WordCamp Saratoga! I don’t know if you can tell or not but the organizing team is very excited and working very hard behind the scenes to make this an awesome day for the community, so when you see them tomorrow say thanks, they are an awesome team of people that have put a ton of work into making this event killer.
So I am just writing this to let you know whats going on tomorrow. At 7:30 AM we will be open for check in at the Saratoga City Center, with breakfast provided by Panera. Check in will be open from 7:30 AM until 8:30 AM (don’t worry if you can’t make it in that time, we will have someone there to check you in if your running late) at 8:30 AM we will have opening remarks and we will kick off the day at 9:00 AM with our first talks from Cameron Barrett and Scott Taylor.
Morning talks will wrap up around noon and you will be set loose to grab some lunch (we have lots of suggestions included with the schedule). Lunch will end around 1:45 and we will begin our afternoon talks at 2:00 PM. Afternoon talks will wrap up at 5:00 with talks from Jason Cortés and JR Tashjian. Then the after party will be starting at 7:00 PM, you will get details with your schedule of events.
Remember to grab a ticket if you haven’t yet, and to pester your friends to do the same!
We look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!
